Neverending Story as seen in the film?
Just today I re-watched the film “The Neverending Story” based on the book by Michael Ende. My son loved it even though it’s so old already. He wants to have the book exactly as it is seen in the film. Does anyone know where to get such an edition? As we are Germans it would be wonderful if there was a German edition with that Aurin cover, but I personally wouldn’t mind if it were only in English.
To avoid misunderstandings: We own the book, but my son wants one that ‘looks’ exactly like the one used in the film. We actually have a German first edition as I myself grew up with this wonderful story. I just thought that maybe the prop used in the film could be purchased somehow.
I’ve read the book and it’s different than the movie. The original has both the first movie and the second one connected.
